Yields: 6 dozen cookies

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup of softened butter
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
-3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and eggs and mix well.
-Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the "dry stuff" to the "wet stuff". Mix well.
- Roll the dough into small ( 1 1/4") or large balls, depending on what size you want your cookies to be after baking.
- Place the balls two inches apart on a non-stick cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Some Extra Stuff:
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts or chopped pecans can be a tasty addition
